Simply explained, in ways to begin the vision, the embrace, and knowing of what is. My book offers a simplified understanding of the impression, and our connection, to the whole of life here on earth.

It expands our understanding of the gift of our senses. Through them, we learn to connect to our environment and ourselves. The book offers a perspective of the elements, our relations (plants and animals), the wheel of life (the four directions), our senses, and my expressed wish to you.
Much of this book was transcribed from the words of an old elder spirit, who encouraged me to write, and impressed upon me the importance for man to re-connect with the earth that we walk upon, sleep upon, and feed upon.
